Objectives :
Building upon the resounding success of the inaugural workshop titled “International Workshop on Smart Cities in Thailand: How to Integrate Smart City Initiatives into Local Development Plan,” held on April 26-27, 2023, we are delighted to announce the second workshop, titled “Smart Cities for All: Promoting Inclusivity and Sustainability” This workshop aims to support Local Administrative Organizations (LAOs) and institutions in effectively implementing their smart city visions and plans while aligning them with the sustainable development goals (SDGs), particularly SDG11 for sustainable cities and communities.
Bringing together esteemed practitioners and stakeholders from Thailand, ASEAN, Japan, and global partners, this workshop will serve as a platform to showcase practical experiences and solutions, address common challenges, and propose new policy standards and guidelines. By actively participating in shaping the future of smart cities, we will have the opportunity to unlock their immense potential for enhancing people’s well-being.
